By accessing or using www.empleyo.net (the “Site”) and our Employer of Record (EOR) and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Site or services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Services
Empleyo provides EOR and PEO services, including international hiring, HR administration, payroll management, and compliance support. Specific service terms may be outlined in separate agreements.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Use the Site and services only for lawful purposes
- Not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any portion of the Site or services
- Respect Empleyo’s intellectual property rights
5. Account Management
You may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized use or security breaches.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is owned by or licensed to Empleyo and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reuse or distribute this content without prior written consent.
7. Disclaimers
- The Site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (force majeure).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empleyo is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.
9. Termination

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hongkong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation in Central, Hong Kong, unless otherwise required by law.
